The William Vale - Williamsburg’s Newest Hotel Speeding Toward Completion. Riverside Developers, who will build and operate Williamsburg’s latest hotel addition, are planning to be open for business as soon as this coming New Year’s Eve. Located at 55 Wythe Avenue between North 12th Streetand North 13th Street, The William Vale will have 183 rooms, (all with balconies) 25 of which will be suites, an outdoor swimming pool and an outdoor event space.
Mordy Steinfeld of Riverside Developers said that “there is huge demand for hotels in Brooklyn”.
Other hotels in the area are The Wythe, The McCarren and The Williamsburg Hotel which is currently under construction and located at Wythe Avenue and North 10th Street.
The William Vale will have 20,000 square feet of retail space housed around the border of the hotel along Wythe Avenue with a rooftop park above. There will also be a public plaza for locals and tourists to enjoy as well as a 3,000 square foot restaurant and a 4,000 square foot space for a ballroom.
