Construction in Bushwick, on a nine story hotel, located at 25 Stewart Avenue at Flushing Avenue has topped out. The building was designed by Bench Architecture for owner 25c LLC. The building will be ninety five thousand square feet, have 160 guest rooms, approximately five hundred sixty nine square feet in size, fourteen thousand square feet of community facility space, an adjacent plaza and open parking for sixty six vehicles. The hotel is expected to the first geothermal powered hotel in the city, with heating, cooling and hot water supplied by a geothermal loop. Amenities include a roof deck with an outdoor swimming pool and a bar/lounge in the cellar level.

Anticipated completion date of the building is for the second half of 2025.
Construction is progressing in Boerum Hill, at 540 Atlantic Avenue, between third and fourth Avenues, with frontage on Atlantic Avenue and Pacific Street. The two tower residential development was designed by NA Design Studio and developed by JCS Realty. Construction in Crown Heights is nearing completion on 1730 Bedford Avenue, bound by Sullivan Place to the north, Empire Boulevard to the south and Bedford Avenue to the east.
