The 2nd spot for the most expensive home to enter into contract last week was a 3,600 square foot, brownstone located at 645 Carroll Street in Park Slope featuring, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The breakdown for contracts was 4 Condos, 2 Co ops and 8 townhouses with an average asking price of $2.6M and an average price per square foot at $1,100.
