Developer Mike Shamash is planning a mixed use building of 11,000 square feet. The site is currently a vacant lot, located at 1010 Fulton Street, 2 blocks from the Franklin Avenue c train subway stop. There will be 1,665 square feet of ground floor space planned for retail use. The 8 residential units will average 815 square feet each.

The Mount Calvary United Holy Church located at 482 Grand Street is developing their church property. Planned is an addition of 2 floors above the church and a new building on the lot next to the church at 480 Grand Street. The new building will consist of 4 apartments averaging 713 square feet each. Bahram Tehrani’s BTE is the architect of record.

Located at 135 Emerson Place, Pratt Institute is planning a 10 story, 124 room student dormitory. Pratt purchased the property in 2012 for $13M. The 74,725 square foot building will have dorm rooms averaging 459 square feet each. There will be a ground floor retail component to the building and amenities will include a laundry, storage for 35 bikes, student lounges and an art studio. Cannon Design is the architect on this project.

Developer Dimora NYC Inc. is planning a 6 story, 12 unit residential building located at 505 Clinton Avenue. The 10,350 square foot building will have apartments averaging 862.5 square feet. There will be a top floor penthouse duplex apartment. Infocus Design & Engineering is the architect on this project.

Developer CGS Builders is planning a 13,103 square foot, 8 story, 16 unit residential rental building located at 596 Washington Avenue/ AKA 863 Atlantic Avenue.  There will be 1,165 square feet of ground floor retail. Apartment sizes will average 727 square feet each. Amenities will include bike storage, laundry room, roof top recreation area and private outdoor space for each apartment. S3 Architecture is designing the building.
