According to Airbnb, 500,000 companies use their service plan for business travel.
Urbandoor’s business model includes apartment communities in more than 1,500 cities across more than 60 countries around the world.
To Airbnb’s advantage, Urbandoor has built relationships with multifamily owners for the purpose of extended stay. Now that Airbnb has acquired Urbandoor, they may be able to convince some owners of the value of setting aside units for short term stays.
