The priciest deal was a 5,000 square foot townhouse located at 106 Prospect Place, between 6th Avenue and Flatbush Avenue. Contract price approximately $7M.
The 2nd most pricey deal was a 2,870 square foot, 6 bedroom Park Slope townhouse located at 488 13th Street, between Prospect Park West and 8th Avenue. Contract price approximately $4M.
Other notable Brooklyn deals to contract last week were both in Williamsburg. A townhouse located at 62 Grand Street, between Kent Ave and Wythe Ave went into contract for $3.7M and a condominium located at 56 South 3rd Street, between Kent and Wythe Avenues, that went into contract for $3.45M.
According to Real Estate Data company Property Shark, Cobble Hill has risen to the top spot of priciest Brooklyn neighborhoods with $1.6M being the median sales price for residential real estate.
Dumbo and Boerum Hill the 1st and 2nd most expensive Brooklyn neighborhoods for 2 years straight, have lost their top spot for 2019.
