Real Estate in Brooklyn update.

Interesting news for real estate companies and real estate agents in Brooklyn who service the Prospect Heights neighborhood.

Real Estate developers Forrest City Ratner and Greenland’s Pacific Park mammoth project is moving forward. There will be both residential market rate condominiums, affordable housing and commercial buildings built. At the center of this amazing development will be a lush 8 acre public park.

Phase one of this project will start on Carelton Avenue, Vanderbilt Avenue, Dean Street and Atlantic Avenue.

The 8 acre park was designed by landscape architect Thomas Baisley.

Baisley said of the park project “we wanted this to be a great space that could be shared by the whole neighborhood as well as the residents of these buildings”.
