Bedford-Stuyvesant, aka Bed Stuy, Brooklyn, NY is a vibrant Brooklyn neighborhood filled with historic Victorian architecture and brownstones on tree lined streets. Bedford Stuyvesant is surrounded by Clinton Hill to the West, Crown Heights to the South, and Williamsburg to the North.

A 4 family house with 20 rooms, 13 bedrooms and 5.5 baths has an asking price of $2.595M.

A 4,400 square foot, mixed use building with a ground floor store + 3 residential apartments, 16 rooms, 10 bedrooms and 5 baths has an asking price of $2.1M.

Condominium asking prices range for example for a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 655 square foot unit is asking $565,000, a 1.5 bedroom, 1.5 bath 1,041 square foot unit is asking $785,000 and a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 1,196 square foot unit is asking $1.175M.

For a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, 767 square foot unit the asking price is $699,000, for a 2.5 bedroom, 1 bath, 1,576 square foot unit the asking price is $945,000 and a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 1,338 square foot unit is asking $1.150M.

For a 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 1,546 square foot unit the asking price is $1.695M.

Bedford Stuyvesant has some good public schools. Some of them are:
