I contacted Jeff Grandis when I came back to Brooklyn to take care of my mom and to handle her affairs knowing when the time came I would have to sell her house in Midwood on East 18th Street, between Avenues N and O. I felt overwhelmed and so unprepared to deal with all of the issues that needed to be dealt with in this situation. Jeff Grandis went above and beyond any real estate agent or broker from what is required of them to do. He helped me to put my mother’s house in show ready condition on many occasions.
When the house was finally ready to be shown, Jeff marketed the property expertly and brought many well qualified, interested buyers. After many showings and a very well attended open house, one buyer emerged that Jeff negotiated a price that I was very happy with.
Jeff handled the inspections by an engineer and the bank appraiser and contractors that the buyer brought with the utmost professionalism. Within 2 months the buyer received his mortgage commitment we were set to close.
