I want to thank Jeff Grandis and Anna Kader for their help in selling the house that used to belong to my aunt. I want to express my deepest appreciation for the hard work and committed service that they provided.
As a first time seller, I had lots of questions, and Jeff or Anna would always respond quickly and with a lot of detail. I texted them with questions on weekends as well as weekdays and they always had a response within 24 hours.
Selling the house was not an easy decision. I expected that selling the house would be a stressful experience, but with Jeff and Anna as my Real Estate Brokers, that was not the case. Their professionalism, helpful manner and advice were very much appreciated. They ensured that every avenue was considered in how to best present the property and I was pleasantly surprised to see that the property not only sold within a short period of time but that the property sold for more than I expected.
Jeff and Anna provided expert advice, and never pressured me. They were an incredible team who flawlessly executed some tricky situations for me. It was difficult having a tenant that was reluctant to leave but they guided me through that situation with as little anxiety as I could imagine. They are outstanding professionals with great dedication and attention to quality and customer service.
