Accord Real Estate Group and Jeff Grandis just helped me complete the sale of my parent’s 3 family residential building in Kensington, Brooklyn. Jeff was direct, reasonable, and sincere. I never felt like Jeff prioritized other clients over me and was available by phone and text around the clock. He is a great sales man to put in front of potential buyers, able to highlight the unique aspects of each property and provide a great level of service. He was great at finding qualified buyers for our property, and he was knowledgeable about the market and always professional.
We had a few roadblocks and setbacks along the way and the deal was far from being a simple, easy transaction. Jeff met each roadblock with a great attitude towards solving the problem. No task was too dirty for him to pull up his sleeves and help out. I had to handle the transaction from across the country, so Jeff went well beyond the call of duty to help me with so many aspects of the sale that your typical broker would never get involved in – from handling buyers’ sometimes unreasonable requests, speaking to the mortgage brokers, managing my non English speaking parents and tenants, and various inspectors, handy men, etc. that had to come through the property. In the end, I was very happy with the results and I know I couldn’t have done it without Jeff.
