Dear Jeff,
It’s been a couple of weeks since the property you sold for us closed. I want you to know that my feeling is that we probably would still be up for sale had it not been for you Jeff.
As a realtor you went over and beyond to help with the sale of my dearly departed mothers home. The house needed so much work as a whole. The tenants of which you know were two separate issues. One tenant was so very difficult it took the patience of a saint to put up with. You Jeff are in fact the most gifted at people skills. You have a forthright and fair style that was greatly appreciated. You see to every detail and you convey all pertinent information to us the sellers.
Jeff, all we can say is thanks so very much for all you did, you are truly amazing and I would refer you to anyone that wants the best realtor to get the job done and done right.
